efficient service beautiful view convenient location
i appreciated the efficient room service and the promptness with which my requests were addressed. The balcony gave me a beautiful view and a serene space for relaxation . The nearby restaurants gave nice variety, and the harbour offered enjoyable evening walks.

gorgeous view comfortable stay
the location is nestled away from the crowds and i could see the princess grace kelley rose garden. jessica went the extra mile to. whenever i return. i will choose this hotel.
the contactless payment system did not work. that resulted in a delay when i tried to access my room. it caused me to be late for an important dinner.

Underwhelming Stay with Service Issues
unclear reason no refund
The stay did not meet expectations , particularly considering the cost. A deposit of 100 euros was charged , but there was no clear reason. The room lacked even a mini-bar , as everything was locked. I have contacted them multiple times regarding the deposit refund , but I have received no response.

clean room smooth check major attractions payment system inconvenience issue lacking apologies
the room were clean. breakfast was good and check in was smooth. i think the location was perfect and easily accessible by foot to major attractions.
i felt the contactless payment system dont work good. it resulted in a delay in accessing our room. no apologies were extended for the inconvenience i feel.

Fantastic Getaway!
refurbished rooms coffee facilities perfect location shortcut routes
I loved the recently refurbished rooms. They provided a comfortable stay with ironing boards and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location is perfect. It is close to the marina and the helipad. Donal O'Sullivan, the concierge, showed us shortcut routes into town and train station. I appreciate the assistance.

clean room attentive staff coffee facilities
my room was well equipped and clean. the staff was very attentive and friendly. the room had an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. the hotel offers superb views.
the helipad nearby caused some noise when the balcony door was open.

the valet service was very functional. the front desk was pleasant and really helpful. the staff found another car park because my car was too big.
